Delivery Information

Free UK Standard delivery on all purchases.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of being placed. All deliveries require a signature. A tracking number will be sent once your order is on the way. Please provide an address at which the parcel can be signed for on your behalf.

UK Delivery:

FREE Royal Mail 1st class ‘Signed For’ on all orders.

£5 – Royal Mail Special Delivery (on request)

A signature is required upon receipt. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

 

International Delivery Information:

All orders will be posted by Royal Mail International 'Signed For'

Orders from EU - £12.00 - £15.00 shipping cost

Orders from outside the EU - £16.00 shipping cost

The customer is also responsible for any customs or related charges. After January 1st 2021, please be aware that all orders shipped to the EU with value over £100 will be subject to added VAT and duties. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to Europe are the responsibility of the customer - (unless DHL Express shipping to Europe was required at checkout).

How long the shipment takes will depend on the destination. Usually taking between 5-15 working days. We cannot guarantee shipping times, please contact us at customercare@donatellabalsamo.com if you require more information.

We deliver to all EU countries and the following Non-EU countries: Andora, Australia, Azores, Balearic Islands, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, China, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, and the USA.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer. Taxes and duties varies from country to country.
